Best of 2025: Did your favorites make the list?

Hello Reader!

Happy New Year!

I hope you had a fantastic and restful holiday season and ate plenty of delicious food.

Every year, I like to look back at the numbers to see what content resonated with you the most. It is always fun to see which articles and videos took off because sometimes the results surprise me.

Here are the most popular content on Travelling Foodie in 2025!

Top Travel Guides

Japan is always a favorite, and it looks like many of you are planning trips there soon. The Best Things To Do in Tokyo and Tokyo's Most Underrated Neighborhood Guide were huge hits.

I also noticed a lot of interest in the Middle East with the Best Free Things To Do in Dubai making the top list. It just shows that you don’t always need to spend a fortune to have a great time in a luxury city.

Top Restaurant Guides

As I eat my way around the world, you guys were hungry for the details.

Best Restaurants in Singapore and Best Restaurants in Jacksonville were the most read restaurant guides, outside Canada.

Locally, the Unique Mississauga Restaurants You Must Try post got a lot of love from foodies who are looking for hidden gems outside downtown Toronto.

Top Food Guides

Filipino cuisine is finally getting the global recognition it deserves, and I am here for it.

My guides on Filipino Food: 18 Traditional Dishes in the Philippines and Best Filipino Desserts You Must Try in the Philippines were among the most visited food guides on the website.

On the Canadian front, the Nova Scotia Food Guide was a top performer for those craving fresh Atlantic seafood and donairs.

Top Recipes

When I wasn't traveling, I dabble in recipes.

The Ninja Speedi Rice recipe was the clear winner for quick everyday staple.

With the colder weather, the Filipino Hot Chocolate recipe also spiked in popularity.

If you have an air fryer, you guys really enjoyed the Air Fryer Kofta Kebab recipe for a healthy and flavorful dinner.

Top 5 YouTube Videos

The YouTube channel had a massive year with 3,310,491 views on both videos and shorts! It seems you all love watching skilled chefs in action because the teppanyaki videos were on fire.

  1. Teppanyaki Show at Benihana - Toronto, Ontario
  2. 5 UNIQUE Restaurants in Mississauga, Canada!
  3. Ultimate Teppanyaki Show Compilation: 1 Hour of Live Cooking Dinner
  4. The WORLD'S FIRST 3 Michelin Star Indian Restaurant! Tresind Studio Dubai
  5. Best Places To Eat & Drink in Belfast in 24 HOURS?!

Hello Reader! I can't believe March is already over. On my last newsletter, I mentioned I was heading out for my first trip of the year. First trip of the year I ended up in Berkeley, California!
